if u expect too much , you will b frustrated . if u don’t want to be frustrated , don’t expect. Live without expectation n there will b no frustration.
Frustration is a shadow of expectation.
When u feel frustrated u think that existence is doing something wrong to u. Any asking is asking too much. Don’t ask , be. And then u will b surprised - whatsoever happen is good ; u hav no way to judge i t.
Don’t expect , and u see ur whole life becomes a joy .Expect , and ur whole life becomes a hell.
Expectation is the cause . if u want to change , nevr start by d effect , start by d cause .
Frustration is d effect .
When evr u r happy nobody shows any sympathy – in fact , people become jealous . when u r unhappy everybody is a frnd , everybody sympathises wid u – even ur enemy will sympathise u . when u r happy even ur frnd will become jealous and inimical.
when u r unhappy . . people enjoy ur unhappiness , that’s’y they pay more attention – ‘coz whenever u r unhappy they can compare themselves , and deep down they can feel good.
So, whenever u expect , u r asking for frustration .
